We make only high quality, durable luggage. This is why we will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective luggage in the first year.

You'll receive your creative luggage in less than 5 business days through FedEx. And shipping is completely free to anywhere in the United States. For orders shipping to Canada, an additional delivery fee of $25 USD is applied.

You can also use the tracking number to follow your order right to your doorstep.

returns policy

UGOBAGS stands behind the quality and workmanship of our cases and we back this with a one year warranty against defects. We will repair or replace any defective part. However, your UGOBAG is custom made just for you. We cannot accept returns for reasons other than those stated.
